Italian Pizza dough with thin crispy crust (dough recipe for Italian Pizza)


Ingredients for 2 pizzas:

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (plain flour)
some flour to open the dough
1/4 cup white wine
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water (a little warm, not hot)


In a bowl we add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water, wine, olive oil and we knead well. We cover the bowl and let the pizza dough to rise for about one hour, till our dough is double size.
We divide our dough in two parts and we put them on a lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to stretch out the dough. You can place each pizza dough in a baking tray, garnish with materials of your choice and bake for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
