Ingredients:
500 gr self rising flour
3 eggs
100 ml oil
50 ml milk
Method:
Put our self rising flour in a bowl with the oil and the eggs, and mix them well with our fingers. We add our milk, one tablespoon at the time, and we knead well, till we get a soft and pliable dough that doesn’t stick on our hands. We lay our pizza base on a pan and we add the pizza ingredients of our choice.
