Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
25gr dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
various herbs for your pizza (mint, oregano etc)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
Method:
Mix in a bowl yeast, lukewarm water and sugar. Let it stand for five minutes till your mix is frothy. Add flour, salt, pepper, olive oil and herbs and mix them until they become a dough. Knead our dough on a floured surface for five to ten minutes till our dough is smooth and elastic. We flatten our pizza dough, trying to spread it in a circular shape and we place it in a lightly greased pizza pan or in a round pan. We add the ingredients of our choice and bake our whole wheat pizza for 12 minutes until our cheese melt and the pizza base has a golden brown color.
