6 green peppers (big)
300 gr. traditional greek cream cheese (anthotiro)
2 teaspoons onion cut in multi
2 teaspoons low fat margarine
salt, peper, paprika, cumin
We put in a bowl the cheese, the onion, the margarine and the spices and we kneed them till we have a uniform mixture. We stuff the peppers with that mixture and put them in the refrigerator for one hour. We serve the peppers cut in slices.
