    Carbonara spaghetti (light)

    Καρμπονάρα light

    Ingredients:
    200 gr spaghetti
    50 gr light milk cream
    80 gr grated parmesan cheese
    70 gr low fat ham
    2 eggs
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    Salt and pepper

    Method:
    We boil and strand well the spaghetti. In a bowl we beat the eggs and we add the cheese, the milk cream, we whisk till well blended and add salt and pepper. We put our mixture in a non-stick frying pan and we add the spaghetti and ham and we mix well till the cheese melts.
