Ingredients
2 cups of milk
2 bananas
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon strain

Method
We peel and clean the bananas and we put them in the blender. We add milk, honey, and yogurt and we blend. We serve our banana smoothie in two glasses and we enjoy it. This recipe is ideal for our children because it combines fruits and milk.
