Ingredients:
2 kgr anchovies
6 tomatoes
4-6 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt
pepper
oregano
Method:
Wash and clean well the anchovies. Put the fishes in a large baking dish and sprinkle them with salt, pepper, oregano and the garlic cloves chopped in slices. Toss some olive oil and turn the anchovies around, to have oil and the rest materials are all around the anchovies. Choose two tomatoes (the more mature) peel them and finely chop them. Cut the rest tomatoes in slices. Lay the tomato slices over the anchovies and fill the gaps between the fishes with the chopped tomatoes.
