2 cups anthotyro (greek cottage cheese like ricotta)
10 heaped tablespoons self-rising flour
10 heaped tablespoons sugar
12 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
125 gr Vitam (margarine)
1 baking powder (20 gr)
We crumble anthotyro with our fingers. In a bowl we mic milk, margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. We add the eggs and mix well. We add the anthotyro crumbs and we bake our Chocolate Cake with Anthotyro in a lightly greased – floured pan or cake mold at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
