1/2 kg feta cheese
1/4 kg anthotiro cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 or 2 hot green peppers (depends on taste) without the spores
We work well all the ingredients (feta cheese, anthotyro cheese, olive oil, green peppers) in a blender to a paste. Tirokafteri is a fine meze that complements very well ouzo or beer.
